TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR HELPLINE SERVICES

1. Registration of the customers name is compulsory with Rao & Rao organization, it they require man poer service. Registration to be made by paying prescribed Registration Fee and furnishing required documents for proof such as: Two recent passport size photographs, Any 2 ID proof, Address Proof of the Customer
2. If the Customer is taking service from Rao & Rao for 1 year then the customer should pay One month salary as a Registration Fees. Employee will be deputed to the customer place after the registration
3. Renewal of a registration should be done Every Year by paying Renewal Fee to Rao & Rao Organization
4. Ihe amount of salary wIill be ixed to the staft by the Rao & Rao Organization. Ihe payment should not be disclosed with the employee. It Disclosed then we will Cancel the Service
5. The payment of employee’s working period should be credited within 5th of Every Month
6. Staff should be treated with Courtsey and basic required facilities to be arranged by the customer, And you have to provide food on time and small break in the afternoon. The staff are expected to pertorm the work as per the lerms & conditions of this Agreement
7. It is the responsibility of customer and their Family members to see that the valuables are not within the reach of staft. Either staff or RAO & RAO are not held responsible for any loss or damages caused by the staff while in the service for the fault of customer. Any type of financial transaction with staff by the customer, either legally or illegally while in service the RAO & RAO organization will not be held responsible for the Same.
NOTE: At the time of reporting to duty and relieving the employee from your house either on leave, replacement or termination, it is customer’s responsibility to check the bag/luggage of the employee thoroughly and to make sure your household articles/valuables are safe and in order before sending them out of your premises. And also at the same time Customer should obtain signature of employee on Self declaration, Leave letter. Kindly avoid handing over House Door keys or sending the employee for purchasing household things. At the same time, not to entertain or encourage their relatives or friends meeting employee at in and around your premises. Rao & Rao organization is not responsible for any/all such acts.
8. Advance amount and any other money transaction by the customer is restricted.
9. he customer cannot appoint or declare as his staft while they are in service or after the completion of a8reement period instead of renewing with Rao & Rao organization if it round so the organization will proceed against customer as per law. Monthly 2 days leave to be granted to the Staff. If you need Replacement for the 2 days,It will be charged
10. For 1 year service I+4 Replacement will be provided by the organization. The replacement will be done within lo days. Refund will not be done at any cost. You can avail our service during the year at any time.
11. The RAO & RAO organization will provide all details like Biodata, Photo, 1D Proof, Finger prints, of the alotted staff at the satisfaction of the customer at the time of allotment of service. If the customer is Stopping our service, It is compulsory that the customer should pay the Full Salary to the Employee. The Customer is required to pay employee salary even if it is only for half a day min. is as per Govt. Act.
11. The RAO & RAO organization will provide all details like Biodata, Photo, 1D Proof, Finger prints, of the alotted staff at the satisfaction of the customer at the time of allotment of service. If the customer is Stopping our service, It is compulsory that the customer should pay the Full Salary to the Employee. The Customer is required to pay employee salary even if it is only for half a day min. is as per Govt. Act.
12. No person will be sent to customers place as a trail, unless they are registered.
13. In case of the death of the patient or old age care, home nurse full monthly salary has to be settled by the customer.
14. Customer is liable to inform the office about the mis-behavior’s, immoral activities, relationship, suspicious movement by the employee from time to time either in wríting or through e-mal.

16. RAO & RAO Organization will only provide only Kannada speaking maids.
17. If the customer takes the employee directly we will not be responsible for any kind of theft & damages etc.. The office will not give the refund or the payment for the employee.
18. RAO & RAO will provide one year registration. After one year there will be a part of increment.
19. The customer has to pay the monthly salary to RAO & RAO only.
20.customer should not pay any kind of cash or advance without RAO & RAO knowledge. If the customer pays without RAO & RAO Knowledge company will not be responsible.

Employee salary will be accepted by the way of CASH, BANK A/C or DIGITAL TRASACTION (G PAY/PHONE PAY 8951315839)
